The cabin has three floors and three full bathrooms (one on each floor) stocked with shampoo/conditioner/body wash as well as towels and a hair dryer. The top floor includes two bedrooms, one with a king bed and private porch with seating area overlooking a beautiful view of the mountains, the other with a queen bed. The main floor has one bedroom with walkout to the main deck space that also faces the mountains. In the basement, we have a bunk room that has two bunk beds: one twin over full bunk and one twin over twin bunk. We have two outdoor fire pits: one is wood-burning, and the other is gas-powered. Guests are required to provide their own firewood. However, we are more than happy to coordinate firewood delivery to the property for you upon request. The basement boasts a fooseball table, card table, big screen TV with PlayStation 3 (games included), several board games, and a stand-up arcade game that includes 14 games. It also has access to the bottom deck, which includes a six seat hot tub, gas powered fire pit, and extra seating to take in the views. Fully-stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. Gas grill with gas line, so you’ll never have to worry about an empty propane tank. Crock pot, two drip coffee makers, one Keurig, blender, food processor, skillet, kid’s plates/cups, and pots/pans/roasting trays aplenty. The cabin is dog-friendly. We have an outdoor dog run that is fenced-in for your furry friend's restroom needs. Additionally, dog bowls, leashes, and poop bags are provided for your use while staying with us. All TVs are equipped with Roku devices that include YouTube TV for your basic cable needs, as well as Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Apple TV+, ESPN+, and Paramount. For the outdoor enthusiasts, take your pick from hiking/biking/kayaking/canoeing to world-class trout fishing-all within a few miles. Less than 3 miles to the beautiful Toccoa Riverside restaurant, Toccoa River tubing, and a family fun center that offers putt putt. Only one mile from the popular hiking trail that ends at a waterfall, Fall Branch Falls. The Benton Mackaye Trail can be accessed within a mile of the property as well. Close proximity to both downtown Blue Ridge and Ellijay. Several wineries nearby. Please note that the road leading up to the property is paved, but is narrow and can be steep in places. While we have not had an issue with sedans, vans, or trucks, we do not recommend traveling to the property with any vehicle that has low clearance (like a sports car).
